Handcrafted fine ciders from their Naramata orchards in small batches using PACS Certified Organic apples and traditional methods. Great cider starts in the orchard! They intervene very little in the fermentation process, shepherding the spontaneous action that transforms their apple juice into delicious cider. Creek & Gully ciders are alive and unfiltered, handmade with minimal sulphites.
